Because if one did one would know that RI-DEM based on the science sent SNPW a letter stating "intent to approve"
Worth repeating atfer reviewing the science RI-DEM issued a letter stating "intent to approve"
Which means there was no "you know why the company screwed up with getting medi-ri permit approved".
If you have done your DD and read the denial you would have found that RI-DEM found no objection to the science of the project but based their denial on a brand new illegal targeting law put in place ONE month prior to RI-DEM ruling..
