No new shares have been sold since March 11, 2021.
In all of 2021 there were only 4 sales.
One sale the buyer paid double the free market price.
One sale the buyer got a 25 to 50% discount
The other two were covering a warrant and convertible debt.
Since then NO NEW SALES OCCURRED based on the MOST CURRENT INFORMATION the 10K..
