I am absolutely flabbergasted that anyone thinking the concept of a stock buy back pre split would be a good thing. Just sitting here shaking my head at the naivety.

Should a reverse be approved by the snpw board, and should they do a stock but back pre split, it would further dilute current shareholders.

I think someone posted this out of the blue thinking it would be good - not the case. I don’t think snpw would ever consider such a tactic.
