FBAR declares Spain's property is off limits.......
I received the correspondences from the Dept of State yesterday regarding the artifacts recovered at the ring area. I could post the soap opera between the state and SFRX, but none of that really matters.
Notice below from the Federal Register Dr. Parson's cited in his email that Spain doesn't state "warships," but specifies "property," specifically their property that was transported. That would include the $4B at Melbourne, and as I read that the $15B also because The Juno Order doesn't specify the origin of the wreck.
SFRX might want to rethink their business model, but I doubt they will.
I blew up the most important part so shareholders and non-shareholders could read it clearly. The entire email outlining the non-compliance is below as well.
