You are right and I agree. The nda's  poisoned  the well despite providing information the company couldn't or wouldn't. I don't buy the next week bull nor should anyone else. I suggest the end of March as a put up or shut up date because we will or won't get financials. HTI will or won't pay the final installment in the court settlement. There will be more to answer for at that point than a simple, "well, not yet".
