MINE Weekly Chart......... Last Week's Attempt to Close Above the Multi Month Declining Resistance

The MA20 (aka middle bollie) and the MA50 proved to be enough resistance to keep the share price rising. There's nothing unusual about a stock price not getting thru a multi month resistant point on its first try. At .0024/.0025 on Monday would put the stock above that line once again.
