Update: We are hiring a full time CFO to finish up the Corp & Black Rock audits,we anticipate having new CFO onboard next week. Met Black Rock last week on track to close deal next 30-45 days. NASDAQ filing was delayed we didn’t receive BR #’s until Feb & need CFO to finish $GMPR
