In Investor Section (14) I see that 21 investors have taken up the offer, and in the Offering and Sales Section (13), that the total remaining to be sold is indefinite (Ongoing?).
It doesn't sound like it Exec Comp or Insider Derivitive purchases, but rather a Paulson raise with a $25,000 minimum buy in.
The list of Cytodyn Execs? Is it simply required on the form that they be listed as the Offerers?
