Would it be possible to post (or re-post) the intent, and likelihood, that the petition would be successful at getting PunchTV onto Comcast's general roster of networks?

What happens after the necessary 100 signatures are obtained?  Does anyone know what the process is from there?  100 signatures doesn't seem like enough to get Comcast to pay attention to anything, they are so huge.  Can someone lay out the steps and/or process to get from 100 signatures, to being able to view PunchTV on Comcast ?
