Medi-ri is NO longer owned by snpw! but funding has been approved see state of Rhode Island tax free bond. SNPE has no debt from the project no maintaince for the project but will share in the profits of the project it called a franchise.
Durango Mexico only HAD a term sheet but NO 8-K confirming funding and the source DUH there is no 8k by for Durango because SNPW did not obtain the financing there partner did
