That's what I'm still trying to figure out. I contacted a securities attorney in hopes of decoding the agreement and what it means for SIGO shareholders, but they suggest I wait until actual terms are announced. They said that the some of the fillings contradict each other so we won't know until the terms are announced.
I've written MCOA investor relations a few times but have yet to hear back. But hoping we'll have an answer to these questions soon.
Just trying to figure out what is MCOA plan is after they receive all the outstanding shares of SIGO. And then having a statement that it's for their own investment and don't plan on selling it. What is their plan?
"MCOA is currently in the process of finalizing the acquisition of VBF Brands, Inc., pending regulatory approval which we expect to complete in early 2022."
