This is not a new event. Check the filings and you will find mention of it for the last several years. A company with a revolving credit line. A bank under duress from the crashing economy. The marker was called in. FDIC took the bank. The marker still exist in the hands of the government. I would like to think the issue will be resolved but when dealing with the government you never know. Only your DD can determine whether you remain or choose to move on. Hope that helps.
