Good stuff, Kgem, although I live in Alabama, I have fished lakes and reservoirs and floated rivers all over the South, from Texas to Florida. I know many of these places are full of either standing, old growth timber or the river bottoms have axe-cut old logs. My brother has a Masters Degree in fisheries biology from Auburn University and owns a large fresh water fish hatchery (bass and bream,etc.) He too has seen and knows of these timberlands. I think we will initially head to Brazil because of all the reasons we have discussed here, but the USA is full of these kinds of places shown on your video links. I really enjoyed watching them. What a great partner we have in NorthCal. I feel very confident with them.
