Company is dead BROKE. Desperate for Reverse Split.
Read last week's 10-K for 2021 year. No credit neither along with negative cash of nearly 100K on very little revenue.
Shareholders foot the bill with these greedy reverse splits ...as a result of the company wasting hundreds of thousands of $ to becoming insolvent as confirmed by another SEC filing.
