It's not about wealth. When $BCAP publishes its Q, it starts reporting news again and the stock will trade much more frequently.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with $BCAP, in practice or in concept. Matt has worked very hard not to dilute his shareholders. That's not usual for a pinksheet, especially at this level.
The reason Matt hasn't reported is tactical timing on advice of his Counsel to have certain information in the Q. His Counsel is a very highly respected attorney.
The quiet window is an opportunity to acquire shares inexpensively. When the stock reports again it will trade higher (just as it did in September / October when news flowed). Right now the base is $0.0005/6. After its reporting my guess is the base is rapidly going to be around $0.0010, with a much larger spike before it settles.
Personally I've been acquiring, because I know its only a matter of time until the reporting starts and it'll cost me a lot more to acquire the same shares.
