chrisycb - I suspect Oasis has filed in order to protect its position in a more active way, rather than relying on Ryniker to keep its best interests in mind. I have not read the complaint to intervene, but the intervention may be as innocuous as "we want to get copies of everything so we can participate when we want or need to," or it may be as significant as "we want to have a "seat at the table" when it comes to liquidation decisions. Either way, they want to satisfy as much of what they are owed as possible.
