On April 5, in Broward County, Avem and Pantheon affixed default judgment rights against Generex AND Nugenerex Distributions in amounts in excess of a million or two million. Generex went unrepresented when it did not retain an attorney after being given leave to replace original counsel. This again confrims the fact that Generex and Nu Generex were both on board the ship that sunk. I believe it is only a matter of mere technicality before judgment is journalized.
