The ruling in the arbitration will determine how CYDY will proceed. We have a contract, our version of events, their version of events and a ruling unless both sides agree to a settlement. Remember, this arb relates only to amounts alleged to be owed to Amarex, not to damages, although the rationale for not paying the amount due is failure to deliver agreed services.
