"We were the guinea pigs"...that's a fair call on the circumstances. When I was a head-hunter...it was a square peg...in a square hole..., most especially in the world of computer science and engineering. You marry the right people to the right job...NO room for experimentation...that's how you LOSE a client for the future.
A SIMPLE call into the experience needed would have righted the ship...AMAREX didn't do that...THAT in itself...was questionable and MAKES them guilty of bad behavior...what exactly the bad behavior...has yet to be discovered...ON the face of it... the extent of what will be disclosed in the public forum...will be whitewashed to the benefit of both parties. The more money discussed...the thicker the paint.
