Let's assume no excess waterfall, minimum convertible extinguish, no Todos appreciation. That means our accounts payable is cut in half to $7.9M and convertibles will total $5.3M in convertible debt. And all we lose is cutanogen. Let's see what happens with this Emerald Organic stake. Also probably nothing to get out of that, but...
MANF and ELTO are the big tickets and they're so much easier to fund when whoever gets involved isn't competing with all this legacy BS. Clear the books!
