Traveling with my family today so I’m late to catching up here.
The main positive is that pink current status is maintained and trading will continue without restriction.
I was thinking about why file for the extension and then reveal nothing new. The best I could come up with is that they are trying to accomplish something, whether it is dealing with the preferred shares issue, disposing of the Pearlman shares, or some business development.
Then (according to my theory/guess), they filed for the extension hoping the extra 15 days would be enough time to get it done. It turned out it wasn’t enough time. So they had to file the report just to keep current. I don’t think it has anything to do with finances.
But if they thought 15 more days might be enough time, then maybe we’re not so far off. Maybe they expect to be ready soon.
I don’t know. I do agree it’s disappointing after we have all been waiting so long. All I want is for this to stop trading as a shell and be moving forward.
