Nader's request to file whether factual or not...has no bearing on Amarex's failure to perform after repeated warnings from the FDA...AND they did not bring anyone else with the required knowledge to assist...they were avoiding outside eyes on the filing...you have to ask yourself WHY??...$80 million wasn't enough to engage real expertise.??
