Yes, Shanghai has been in lockdown for over 30 days and people are locked in their apartments with no food.. I guess things are pretty incredibly insane there the last couple of weeks.. Just going off of videos online but they have some crazy S#$% going on over there.. Perhaps the people working on the production of the annual report were delayed by the insane governmental policies that they have been going on.. There are even videos of chinese people jumping from high rise buildings.. crazy stuough. Just a thought but possibly explains the delay.
