As much as I think you are spot on, I also suspect Amarex has a story to tell. There are always two points of view to every dispute. I think Amarex will come out hard against Nader and exploit the fact that he was terminated for cause.

They sort of tipped their hand when they published Nader's written instructions to Amarex to file with the FDA, damn the torpedoes. I had a different take on that.

It will be interesting to learn how they plan on defending.
