I would expect the FDA hold to remain until safety is meticulously verified... the (FDA) is too stuffy to follow Brazil's (ANVISA) lead...anyone's lead for that matter...
I think we could refer to it as... western imperialism rearing its ugly head...forget that we as a country have the highest Covid death count per capita...a fact that major media seems to have disregarded.
