Time marches on and so we inevitably reach today, ARBITRATION DAY, if I am not wrong. Wouldn't we all like to know what is going on there!
I hope Sidley Austin is there but they would only be there I think if they were working for a contingency. I hope someone is taking hammer and tongs to Amarex. Did we really pay them about 80 million for their shitty work?
I want claw-back and damages if they sabotaged our trials. I think we all do. And for some, maybe jail time. We will see.
