Hey Chazzle.
Let's make two things perfectly clear:
1. I am not a critic of the current management configuration, I just want to see if they can accomplish anything, because thus far, no management configuration has. Lots of positive starts, false starts, failed trials and bad management in general, but the jury is still out on the current configuration, though financially, they are running out of time. We are ALL waiting for NASH to bail us out.
2. I am, as I have always said, an entertainment attorney, specializing in film and tv contracts for actors, writers, directors, producers, etc., and I have NOTHING to do with lawsuits or shareholders in any way whatsoever.
As for me being a critic of past management, we were at $10 and now we're at $.27 so to me, yes, that warrants a bit of being just a tad displeased with things.
