If one has done their own DD they would know why the RS is on the books.
The RS is the to protect the note holder of the 6 million dollars that purchased the equipment that sits in West Warwick RI.
The same note holder that pledges to take on the entire 17 million dollar bond to finance the Medrecycler-RI project.
It is an insurance policy for the noteholder..
