I agree, but I view the two things as the as the same. Big Pharma/FDA is about money, political and media clout, lobbyists, etc. and the use of that to keep others out. The DOD, WHO, NIH, and research facilities like Universities are all tied in.

You are saying the way to approval is to buy it and I agree. We need to partner on at least one indication with someone with clout.
