"The recent publication on Leronlimab treating HIV patience for seven years is what we needed to set the foundation for a lawsuit to recover damages caused by Amarex's dereliction of duty in regard to submitting the HIV BLA. The audit will obviously show the extent of the dereliction, but this publication will now provide a basis for determining the potential value Leronlimab has/had versus all current approved drugs. We really needed this publication. I don't think the market has grasped its significance yet but I'm sure our new management has."
