That is even the bigger question. The overall valuation of Generex and all the companies combined has to be worth more than the overall debt, so why hasn't any company come forward to buy everything?

Certainly, this would be a huge deal for some company to get this and pay off a relatively small debt if you look at the big picture of what they would be getting with future benefits.
