I suspect the waiting is due to sorting out the audit and repairing, if possible, the applications for approval or EUA, or whatever. I doubt any buyer or partner would enter into an agreement with CYDY with so many questions as to these issues.

Not sure about the time limit on an NDA under these circumstances. Just my humble opinion.
