I have no knowledge of who is liquidating shares, but based on looking at the trading for the past several days, it’s pretty obvious that someone is, aside from the note conversion.
I have seen it posted numerous times on the other board, that PT filed his Form 4’s approx 45 days after the fact, the last time he sold a portion of his shares.
To my knowledge, Form 4’s for stock sales are due by the end of the second business day after the transaction.
Not sure how that one passed muster.
It will be awhile before we see the 10K, if it even gets filed. If PT heads north as we have seen speculated in posts, without a buyout or a JV deal in place, it is a possibility that the properties could just be mothballed and the equipment sold off.
Hope for the best, and plan for the worst.
