I am not skilled in reading 10-Qs but it felt like in several areas, it was made clear that funds are quite low and unless/until they can raise more, they MAY have to scale things back and/or even cease operations if they cannot find financing on acceptable terms. Is that just boilerplate language, or does it seem like partnership or licensing isn't quite as close at hand as we were hoping?
