I have to agree with hylander here. OTC or not, fraud is not anything that can be dismissed as “same ol” in the wild Wild West of OTC. This is may be over financially for us but if Joe and the board think they are going to get a free pass and go off into the sunset and sell some paintings- not happening. I also had a significant investment here but more importantly, I lead some people to it. I’m guessing they opted in hard. They are definitely not going to let Joe skate. I PM’d Joe suggesting he resign because the “silence” might be interpreted as an insult and also because most opinions of him are not very positive. A new CEO might be in a position to he more forthcoming, not be handicapped by “silence restrictions”, and be able to deliver news - good, bad , or indifferent.
