I disagree. Otc or not otc. It’s about responsibility and it’s about being trustworthy.
What took place here with Generex is showing a complete lack of both. This company was on Nasdaq before and was pushing to get NuGenerex on Nasdaq. There were so called billion dollar deals.
There are questionable ethics here. There are many questions here. How is NuGenerex impacted?
What does joe know or what did he know especially as CEO and having millions of dollars he had at the time to work with?
How did the PPS go from 3.28 to .0001 over the years? Why did we not get any information for over half a year?
Why is Joe not accountable to anyone, especially the SEC?
