With the benefit of hindsight, Joe appears to have been misleading shareholders for months into thinking GNBT/NGIO was still viable but some overzealous investigator was trying to derail their efforts for absolutely no reason IMHO! But, when on looks at the activity for the past months, the company defaulted on their corporate office lease, the company failed to release financials, company officials/lawyers departed quietly, and the company failed to communicate anything officially with shareholders. And, we could go on & on! Regardless, if GNBT/NGIO still had this awesome "Complete Vaccine" still possible on the horizon, does anyone think any of the above would have been allowed to happen? I seriously doubt it! I mean, what company officials would have departed when they stood to benefit immensely from the "Complete Vaccine"? Nobody! Bottom line, shareholders were misled by Joe!
