Stockholder meetings in this world are rubber stamp measures designed to blunt any and all opposition- bc this world is obsessed with power and control.
But theres also a practical reason. Suppliers and vendors etc have to be able to rely on their contracts with the company. Nobody is going to contract with a company if those contracts can be upended/violated every year as per stockholder wishes that year. There has to be a solid longterm plan. There are legitimate stockholder concerns which can be submitted to the company via IR etc.(which i realize have been done). There are few restrictions on a stockholders ability to inform a company but companies are not allowed to inform us of material unpublished info. Since ZN has experienced the ever watchful eye of regulatory, ZN is especially cognizant of this and thus especially careful the last 4 years.
I've already spoken of the limitations of IR- which is between a rock and a hard place. It is normal for both sides to be frustrated in that equation- i've never seen it otherwise- its one of the few guarantees.
One of the few certainties of the crazy market is longs always want more info. Its almost never enough. This will always create a tension- that is a given. Again, I dont follow ZN's facebook page- facebook being one of the original censors.
The earliest stockholder meeting in recent years has been june 6.
last yr was june 9 and last yr stockholders of record were determined as of Apr 12. Its likely we will get proxies in the next week or two.
That will give us a better idea of the companies plans, their level of knowledge re certain things like the pps and what they intend to do about it.
And hopefully by the stockholders meeting they will be able to give us at least basic information-whether the well is commercially dry or commercially wet. Count the days on the calendar if you have to. For those of us who have held for many years that is comparitively a very short period of time.

One of the reasons why ZN is relying so heavily/depending on dspp program to raise money is that due to regulatory impediments/ eyes they've had to be careful about what they tell the public. This probably severely impacts/reduces or annihilates the usual historical meetings where the usa public were informed of their projects in Israel plus John Brown is no longer able to run a marathon every week. Imagine spending your whole life on projects designed to benefit others instead of playing the usual sleight of hand associated with secular business, which speaks out of both sides of their mouth in the time of testing for all of us. If you are not subject to personal attack by the ppl, ekklesia, authorities and the land every day (jer 1:17-19) then be glad you are not called to do so, for many are called but few are chosen.
If ZN leaders have flipped allegiance then communicate with the proper authority -who is interested in justice (unlike the world) and follow that authorities instructions bc popularity is very fleeting and demands constant compromise until there is nothing left to save. Then the adversary has succeeded by using ppls own power against them.
I often dont set out to write what i end up writing but i follow where i am led on a forum where its difficult to communicate.
Ever since longterm memory was formed at age 2 I've been able to-via the gift of discerning of spirits- to recognize good vs non good through voice breath sight etc. sometimes even without meeting ppl. The ruler sets the rules of engagement and does not change those rules in this- our struggle/time of testing. This is NOT a guarantee of a commerical field. There are many historical stories of leaders sacrificially giving their lives as pioneers to bless, who did not reap now in this time during their lifetimes but received the reward for their sacrifice where it matters and those who followed them reaped what they did not sow.
I say this bc ppl are almost always looking for guarantees and will sue whosever to get satisfaction.
In listening to ZN podcasts -which i've not done for some time and other knowledge re ZN I've NOT felt the nongood/deception. And I'm aware that even the generals are falling away in these trying times, even those who were associated with me. Presently the ekklesia 5 fold leaders i've met cant hold onto or remember their own witness in what they invariably say is the strongest anointing of their life( when they meet me) for a few minutes - all i can do is follow specific instructions to remove my sandal because they have made their choice and rejected the deliverance sent to them. Cant violate their free will - they were specifically given that free will so they could make those decisions.
Rewards dont come easily -outside of appointed times-but when they come-and that includes wisdom rejected by the world- they are real and not empty worthless promises like the worlds.

I dont know whats going on facebook. There are conservative/Christian alternatives to facebook. The world doesnt know anything bc they have rejected all wisdom and even all true knowledge, which begins with wisdom, which begins with--- . The world is being dragged into a black whole by their own choice and have rejected every principle and attribute of the kingdom and the kingdom economy. Its the adversaries job to get our minds on the darkness of the world and to consider it as superior and controlling-something the ecclesia have submitted to throughout most of history.
