several directors received options ca 1 or more weeks ago-which to me is just further evidence they dont know whether they have commercial oil yet. They have made contracts for services for testing etc as of Feb 16 but have not completed the actual process of doing so- they have until August
I say that because -partially led by the usual bashers- most longs on the other board seem to have given up-which is typical human impatience
if it was easy anybody could do it-ts been a long hard fought physical and spiritual battle since John Browns dream or vison of 1983 and since incorporation ca 2000 AD
recertifying the rig as noted by the 11-2321 PR might take a month in Israel - they are not in Texas- will check to see if have an answer to that from an oilman
