The question remains what did Joe do with the funds from China and did he transfer GNBT/NGIO IP ??? Who controls current GNBT Holding assets and which person managed the $$$ generated from selling company/diluted shares
I think Joe has proven to be a failure and at this point I don't even think he can manage a hotdog stand !
This is exactly what the BOD is looking for ..... shareholders take their loss and silently move on ....... I still suspect personal financial benefit by executive(s). If not file the proper 10q/k to clarify and clear up concern.
