Nutra-Rox formulates and manufactures innovative consumer products utilizing this patent-pending delivery technology for nutraceuticals and bioactive ingredients. Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Nutra-Rox shareholders will be subject to a 2-year regulatory hold.
