Most every opinion I read re: a buyout of CYDY suggests it's not going to happen, not in the cards.
But why not?
1. Our BOD has recently hired people with merger and acquisition experience;, correct?
2. Big Pharmas that could potentially buy us have, due to the vax madness, never been more flush with billions in cash; correct?
3. As far as I know, there is no other molecule in the world with Leronlimab's potential range of disease treatments and a complete lack of SAE's; correct?
4. Our stock price is rock bottom, and we likely have a lot less negotiating leverage than on 30 June, 2020; correct?
So given all this, I honestly don't see why at least 3 - 5 big pharmas aren't trying to buy us outright. I know they would make lowball offers, but unless there's collusion amongst them, I also don't see why this couldn't escalate into a bidding war.
And given Gamestop has a 12B market cap - a company with no real future -
is a Cytodyn buyout of at least 10B - 30B really far-fetched?
