So I listened to the cc. BB pleaded to count 1, the other eight were dropped. The one count was only in relation to BB, Foley and NTGL. Suggested sentence of roughly 2 years and upto $250k fine. DOJ can request an adjustment depending on BB's cooperation in the Foley trial. BB won't be sentenced until after the Foley trial.
