Go back to gimli's post. That DoD SBIR phase two award for $2.9 million and the $50K phase one award went to ACS & CROMTEC directly not SFOR.
Caruso is right to bring up the question of where is SFOR's payment for IP use from ACS? We all saw Mark's announcement of their lawyer looking into it. I hope SFOR sues ACS for both nonpayment and nonperformance. ACS somehow fumbled that DoD ball very badly IMHO.
