Caruso is right to bring up the question of where is SFOR's payment for IP use from ACS? We all saw Mark's announcement of their lawyer looking into it. I hope SFOR sues ACS for both nonpayment and nonperformance. ACS somehow fumbled that DoD ball very badly IMHO.
