Unless there is some activity we aren't aware of, we will eventually get a PR with one of the following in order (IMO of course):
Generex files for BK; sells AE 37 to pay debts
AE 37 gets sold and shareholders see some benefit in NGIO
Other assets get sold and company functions at skeleton level
BOD fires Joe (highly unlikely; who would want to be CEO of a dead company)
Joe pulls another rabbit out of his hat and Generex has it's next iteration.
I'm sure you guys may come up with other possibilities, but I don't see any other way for this to play out.
