I'm going to take a guess on the 13D.
Since Yozma is a "friendly" in Todos, maybe they like what they've seen from Gerald in terms if what's he's building.
He closed the Provista Labs deal & The 3CL Pharma. deal.
Working on not just 1 EUA, But multiple EUA's.
They definitely know more than we do.
I asked about the Reg A back in Dec.

Yes still on. If another better deal comes together, always opportunistic. We are working on deal to eliminate the toxic debt nearly completely
