Biden is drawing down the fuel America needs to economically survive the war with China.
China is trying to destroy the oil relationship with the house of Saud so our military will have no fuel for jets, tanks, etc.
Remember the Gulf War, the Saudi's opened the oil spigots full bore and gave us all we needed.
