Well we wanted news and that's news - a company with a CEO doesn't usually need a new CEO so draw your own conclusion about current CEO's plans.
In the most optimistic interpretation there is an entity in the wings interested in Santa Elena but may be requiring the management changes outlined in the PR. That's speculation - not fact. Nothing is really known.
Are we on the brink of better times? Not assured but can hope that's the case.
If none of the above things happen we are where we are now - marking time in the desert and summer's coming on.
