Is there a legal attachment to proper reporting that involves the FDA...similar to a FOIA...It's concerning that you believe that their own internal reporting... has flaws and lacks cross-border/office accountability... within their own administration of duties...and further that they are the supposed Watchdog of proper/appropriate behavior...while they are lacking... internally.
Do you believe the AUDIT... will sort this out?
