In the CC notes from MGK_2 you will see that Dr. Kelly stated that one of the partnership needed is for HIV Combo both domestically and internationally.
Did we dissolve our partnership that transferred from Vyera to Regnum? This would of been a material event if a partnership was dissolved I would think. Nader signed an extension of that HIV Combo partnership with Regnum last I heard just a couple of months ago. Does anyone know more about this or was this a mistake by Dr. Kelly in his listing of a domestic partner for HIV Combo? This needs to be cleared up and makes a difference in the value of a BLA application with 18 million dollars in fees due by our partner at the acceptance of the HIV Combo BLA application.
Can anyone add anything to this HIV Combo partnership? Is it still active? Was it only a mis- statement by Dr. Kelly?
